I got this red light therapy panel for my husband, and it’s exactly what his plastic surgeon suggested for collagen regeneration and to support facial tissue healing after his facelift. This unit has the highest output of the two effective light types we were looking for, especially for the price. The build quality is excellent — very solid materials — and the design is versatile. The tilt stand and hanging options make it easy to use on any part of the body. At 6–12 inches, the effective power is nearly twice that of other models we researched. These devices seem to be priced based on output, and this one is almost half the price of comparable high‑output units. We can’t speak to the quality of the other brands, but this one is top‑notch in every detail. The surgeon said he recommends red light therapy at these wavelengths to all of his patients after procedures because of the support it provides during healing and the collagen stimulation under the skin. Based on our experience so far, we highly recommend this unit for its high output, flexibility, and solid construction.

Perfect size and price. Since there is no way I can "veryify" the wavelenghts I am going to say I trust the manufacturer but it seems it works as described. I enjoy getting some red light therapy for mood support and I think also works for my skin.

Use everyday for my entire body. As someone who runs and workouts almost daily this is a crucial part of my recovery. It has a set timer you can adjust and you have the option to pick between NIR, Red light or both. Used it daily during my Achilles rehab. Recommend to anyone who takes recovery seriously.

I've been using red light therapy for only a month now. I bought this after my total knee replacement surgery to help with pain and recovery. The heat feels soothing, my only qualm with the device is it is hard to get the device in the right position to receive the therapy. If you try to relax in bed and position it where it is at the recommended 3 inches away from the area you want to receive NIR therapy, then you will be wrestling with the device.It is however a sturdy device and well made.

Got this as a gift for my daughter and she loves it!! Very good build quality!

I bought this last summer when it was on sale. I've been using it regularly. It's very well-built and sturdy. It has 4 separate light wavelengths, including the two essential ones. I'd recommend it in this price range.

I am extremely pleased with this small panel! The irradiance is more than I expected. The panel arrived well packaged as described and worked perfectly right out of the box. It is a winner!
