i couldn't recommend these more! i've been stressed over what kind of bra will give me a good lift/ hold me well in my strapless wedding dress but thankfully i don't have to continue searching, these are nice and thick, comfortable to wear, SUPER sticky in the best way i felt supported and they held the girls up nice and high and the fit was good as im traditionally a 38 DD i got the size D cup and they work great! sorry the pic is so cropped

I am a B cup, with the inserts it added about one extra cup size I'd say with them in it looks like I'm a C cup. I'm pretty happy with my purchase, the only downside is they are a bit difficult to keep clean but they definitely do the job.
